How to submit issue - ask for support

Of course client will get issues bug - misunderstanding but it can be solved easily. The best method to solve any issue we found 2 things are mandatory. So, please proceed with these things



1) Please explain your

Operating system

.Net framework version

findings - if you have any

situation - if you have any

what you are trying to do

what is not happening

Why is not happening according to your thought

Exact STEPS how you performed the action - start to end please. We need this because we will replicate your issue

and try to find the issue for you as soon as possible.


2) Zip the log folder which can be found here > Application > Processor ab > Program Dir > Log


Please zip that folder and email us at help.tasker18@gmail.com

So, please provide 1) and 2) information correctly to the email which is help.tasker18@gmail.com and we will respond back as soon as possible.
