How to SUBMIT logs manually

Open the application > Go to Processor Tab > Press Button "Program Dir" > It will show you root directories of the program ( every folder and files are crucial ) > clear the content of log folder

Then go back to the program and run the task that is giving issues / not working - once it gets processed / done - go to the log folder and zip the folder then send it to me ( here ) or to the support email along with the issue thread link.

Once the log is being investigated - your issue will be resolved / fixed.
