  • I finally found the error
    As I use "check suspended or not" then all my accounts become 'suspended' on IsAlive even if my accounts are ok. This feature should be fixed.
    Now I Update UA then Fix acc, the account is ok now.

    It was not getting the value expected so was throwing such error.

    Update to latest UA was suggested before.

    Open the app
    Check 1 ok account
    Try suspended or not checker task

    Then send the logs here and RELOAD the accs to see if it fixes or not?

    There were 2 types of checker added previously and both of them works in 1 process.
    Not sure what is the current situation.

    Of course i can test it myself see it but in that case i will follow the correct way the feature was built but that is not going to help because if the feature is ok that will result in correct outcome where other / clients may or may not use the correct procedure in order to create the task / process. My responsibility is to FACE EXACTLY how the issue was created by DOING EXACT STEPS.

    It is really not possible to help others / fix issues without knowing / replicating the same issue at my end. By not listening to the users and trying myself won't help in most of the cases which is waste of time.
